- Pokémon Go
The government of Iran has banned Pokémon Go without specifying the reasons. The officials of Iran have stated that the game has been banned for security reasons, and the government further noted that the video game is encouraging Zionism, other religious intolerance, and gambling. Iran was the first nation to ban Pokémon Go. The two boys who were nine years old sued the makers of game for promoting gambling. They said while using the Pokémon Trading Card Game, both of them were caught into gambling.
